That is also about those who make it to the final table. Gordon Vayo is one such player. He reached the third place in the final table this year. Hailing from Bloomington in Illinois, his career has seen him win cash prizes in World Series of Poker events. When he is asked as which is his favorite book on poker, he talks about Doyle Brunson’s Super System. He says that he was reading it during his freshman year in college. It was a technical book to read and the only ever book he has read on poker.

When it comes to choosing his favorite poker player, he states that he used to be a fan of Phil Ivey. He considered that man to be his god. Now that he plays himself it is difficult to point out a single favorite player as there are so many players he interacts with and unique skills in them that he admires. When asked about his favorite poker room, he talks about The Venetian in Las Vegas and the Bellagio as well as Aria Resorts and Casino.

These are the three of his favorite places where he finds the stay to be comfortable and where people give respect to the players. Apart from playing poker he loves to listen to music. Even though he himself does not play any instrument, but he loves to explore different genres of music. He is currently into indie rock and electronic dance music. He also feels that he is fortunate to be living in San Francisco, where he gets to explore live music venues. He also admits that he was not the ideal student in school and the fact that he was expelled at 17 resonates loudly in his memories even today.
